A very exciting opportunity in New York, for a Site Superintendent. I am looking for a candidate with local Manhattan experience in high-end residential and luxury construction.
The client specialises in luxury urban residences and custom homes, commercial structures, construction, conversion, renovation, or restoration projects across the East Coast.
The Superintendent will provide on-site coordination for all phases of construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, material and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.
Superintendent shall be responsible for scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety.
Experience :
Minimum of seven years of verifiable experience, thorough knowledge of trades and be computer literate.
Experience in tract housing and multifamily production is preferred.
Office experience of Master Builder, Microsoft office (Excel, word, project & Outlook) is also preferred.
