Responsibilities
· Constantly. Maintain clean and organized work area.
· Frequently. Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor.
· Frequently. Coordinate, schedule, organize, and upsell Spa services.
· Constantly. Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, be personable and helpful to clients.
· Constantly. Demonstrate full knowledge of use and maintenance of spa facility and services offered.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a spa or hospitality environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of spa treatments and products is a plus
- Friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required
