Overview
The Spa Supervisor assists the Spa Manager and is responsible for the overall daily operational function and management of the Spa. These responsibilities include but are not limited to managing all front desk operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, direct personnel management, staff training, scheduling, and ensures compliance of regulatory matters specific to the Spa. The Spa Supervisor demonstrates motivational leadership throughout the Spa and Hotel to maximize guest and team satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in supervisory position in a spa or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of retail experience.
- Time management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage and lead each department independently.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
- Read, write and speak English fluently.
- Computer experience required.
