We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bag Staff to join our team at The Highlands at Harbor Springs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with equipment and course information
- Clean clubs at the end of each round
- Maintain carts and cart barn area
- Ensure the overall cleanliness of the facility
- Load and unload bags for guests
Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Hold a valid Driver's License
- Able to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Prior knowledge of golf etiquette is beneficial but not required
- Capable of standing for 6-8 hours at a time
- Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds
