Overview :
The Highlands is looking for new Front Desk Supervisors to join our team! As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating front office activities of the resort and resolving any problems that arise from guest complaints, reservation and room assignment issues, and other requests. This is a full-time, year-round position with flexible scheduling, allowing you and your manager to work out a schedule that best suits your lifestyle with plenty of time to enjoy the perks of working for an amazing resort!
