We are seeking an experienced and reliable individual to fill the role of Bag Staff at The Highlands at Harbor Springs. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our guests.
Job Description:
- Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist guests with equipment and course information.
- Clean clubs at the end of each round.
- Maintain carts and cart barn area.
- Ensure the overall cleanliness of the facility.
- Loading and unloading bags for guests.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Hold a valid Driver's License.
- Able to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Prior knowledge of golf etiquette is beneficial but not required.
- Capable of standing for 6-8 hours at a time.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds.
