- Seat guests according to seating chart to ensure the best service for our guests
- Answer questions about our food, beverages, and other restaurant functions and services.
- Perform side work at the start and end of each shift.
- Maintain clean service areas.
- Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
- Assist servers as situations arise as needed.
- Assist server assistant with clearing and resetting tables as needed.
- Answer telephone and respond appropriately.
- Take delivery and To-Go orders.
- Handle payment transactions.
- Communicate with kitchen number of reservations, large groups, and current seating pace.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by your manager
- Hosts / Hostesses must possess ServSafe certification or acquire it upon hire
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must be able to work ina fast-paced environment
