Job Summary: The primary purpose of this role is to assume responsibility for clinical care within your scope of practice as an LPN and supporting caregivers in their daily assignments as needed. Assists the Director/Manager in overseeing processes that support care including teaching, communicating with medical services and other activities to ensure high quality care on a day‐to‐day basis.
Qualifications: Graduated from an accredited school of nursing with a NYS license as a licensed practical nurse. Prefer 1‐2 years of long term care experience.
Pay Range for Full or Part Time: $25 to 33 per hour

Pay: $25.00 - $37.00 per hour
