In this position you will be responsible for maintaining the facility including routine service of equipment and preventative maintenance, seasonal repairs on building and equipment, electrical and plumbing.
- Basic electrical and plumbing
- Perform preventative maintenance as required
- Safety checks
- Complete daily work orders
- Snow removal
- Some carpentry, drywall and painting
- Other duties as needed.
Qualifications
Education and Experience: Min. HS diploma or GED ; 5 to 10 years of experience in maintenance required, healthcare and/or long term care facility preferred.
Pay Range: $18.00-27.00/hr
