Responsibilities

The following statements are intended as general illustrations of the work in this classification and are not all-inclusive of the specific position:

• Operation of specialized mowers. Mowing of the greens, tees, fairways, and rough as specified by the Superintendent.
• Machine and hand raking of sand traps. Weeding and edge raking to maintain the sand traps.
• Repair and fill divots
• Daily preparation of the golf course, including moving tee markers, pin positions, and general debris cleanup.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience in the operation of golf course maintenance equipment is preferred but not required.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• This position requires working outdoors in variable weather conditions.
