Job Description:This position will be responsible for the daily transactions for clients, but not limited to:·Servicing policies: current client requests, renewal, quoting, and re-market.·Handle carrier inquiries daily.·Document and update customer records based on interactions. Qualifications: ·Worked with clients and company underwriters, full automation use and capabilities, excellent communication skills and administrative skills Success factors: ·Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal instruction and a high degree of accuracy.·Sets priorities and manages workflow to ensure efficient, timely and accurate processing of transactions and other responsibilities.·Must be comfortable with internet-based programs, as well as advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.·Make effective independent decisions regarding duties and responsibilities. ·Positive and professional demeanor.·Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
