Job Title: Dietary Server
Dietary Server Position Overview
We are seeking upbeat and friendly service-oriented individuals to work as dietary servers in a Continuing Care Retirement Community. Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train those with a positive attitude and a sincere desire to work with seniors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve meals correctly to all residents and follow proper procedures.
- Respond promptly to residents and their guests throughout each meal service.
- Comply with the Department of Health's regulations at all times.
- Execute daily pre-meal and post-meal activities accurately and on time.
Requirements:
- Compassionate with a positive attitude.
- Availability to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
- Stellar customer service skills.
- Previous experience as a server or in any customer service role is preferred but not required.
