Job Summary: Inside Sales provides support to the service department. Responsibilities include generating proposals, processing reports, communication with our customer base, coordinating with the field and office staff, and other administrative duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take incoming calls from customers and quoting them on fire protection products and services
- Building relationships with customers and staying in touch with them to ensure that we are getting opportunities to quote on their fire protection needs
- Assisting the Service Manager with various administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For:
- Must have 3-5 years of administrative experience
- Must be proficient in MS Office systems
- Must be organized and detail oriented
- Must be able to work independently and as a team player
- Ability to communicate proficiently both verbally and in writing
- Excellent customer service skills
