Job Summary
Responsible for content development for the Hillman Group’s Robotic Digital Solutions Brands (Minute Key, KeyStart, Engraving - Quick-Tag, TagWorks, f.i.d.o, i.d. SPOT - and Resharp) including, but not limited to websites, email, advertisements, wholesale communications, social media, etc. The position will be responsible for content development for all digital brand platforms and manage the Social Media Coordinator. The Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for tracking, analyzing and adjusting digital strategies based on results.
Essential Job Functions *
Brand Stewardship, Copywriting and Email Marketing
Thorough product and brand knowledge
Create compelling ad creative, including graphics, copy, and video content, to support marketing objectives and enhance brand presence.
Create new content for websites and landing pages when necessary
Regularly write blog posts for RDS sites
Manage relationship with Email Agency
Develop email communications and promotions for brands
Social Media
Lead the strategic planning and execution of content across RDS organic social channels; work with Social Media Coordinator to develop and manage multiple content calendars to ensure consistent posting and timely campaign launches.
Create high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content that resonates with target audiences (including posts, graphics, videos, and stories) for social media platforms.
Develop influencer and promotional social media strategies for RDS brands
Monitor, engage, and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to build meaningful relationships with followers.
Experiment with new formats and approaches to keep content fresh and relevant.
Test all forms of social content to determine what types of posts yield the most engagement, action and sales.
Leverage social listening and mine for trends that align with the brand’s social media strategy, including user-generated content, real-time engagement opportunities, and key seasonal topics.
Stay informed of social media marketing trends and social channel capabilities as they rapidly evolve.
Analytics and Reporting
Maintain regular reporting to measure and analyze the results of organic social media content
Participate in the development and delivery of customer presentations, line reviews and new program opportunities with a focus on creating promotional opportunities for the sales organization
Communicate regularly with the Sales & Support teams to provide information, answer questions, and assist with issues within the retail channel
Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, e-commerce or a related discipline preferred.
Previous Work Experience: Five (5) years’ experience managing social channels as well as creating digital content
Competencies – Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Copy writing skills are required
Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas
Strong organization and planning skills – able to work independently and meet deadlines in a timely manner
Current industry and job knowledge including a general understanding of email marketing, search engine marketing, social media, and e-commerce sales.
Design abilities helpful
Starting Pay Rate Range:
$88,000 to $92,000
