Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Market Manager, CCS Hourly Kiosk Techs are in charge of developing and maintaining customer relationships, installing, maintaining, merchandising and repairing kiosks and engraving machines in assigned store locations.
Essential Job Functions*
- Complete preventative maintenance, merchandising, cleaning, and product ordering at each store visit.
- Troubleshoot and repair kiosks and engraving machines based on scheduled visits as well as unscheduled repair dispatches.
- Plan weekly and daily travel schedule as needed based on service needs to maximize effectiveness and productivity.
- Serve existing accounts by examining scheduled service needs, sales trends and revenue improvement opportunities.
- Check text messages and emails for work related communication and respond to ETA on dispatches within 4 hours.
- Complete Plan-O-Grams, required software / hardware updates, store surveys, inventory and kiosk installs as required.
- Maintain good customer relations with store management and end-user

Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Background in electromechanical repair and maintenance
- Prior experience in retail merchandising, field operations and customer service (preferred)
- Computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to always represent Hillman professionally
- Ability to work weekends when required
Operational Equipment
- Must have an excellent driving record with a valid driver's license
- Must have reliable transportation with automobile insurance (mileage reimbursement)
- Must have a reliable cell phone (reimbursed)
Work Environment and Physical Demands
Work Environment
Sales / Service : Environment varies due to location / store set-up. May be exposed to cramped quarters, dust, fumes, or odors.
Travel required daily. May have to drive 200 miles daily. Hand / eye coordination required. Function vision and hearing required.
Physical Demands
Sales / Service : Medium, lifting up to 30 lbs., occassionally pushing / pulling up to 100 lbs.
