Job Summary
This position is a provider for retail store development and services including project management, merchandising, fixture installation, graphics installation, custom millwork, and logistics.
Essential Job Functions*
- Ability to read schematics and set and stock products according to POG.
- Ability to read label descriptions and UPC codes to ensure shelf tagged correctly.
- Extensive profiling of bays and sections, including shelving and accessories
- Build specialty merchandising units, stands, and displays.
- Work in new store, remodel, and reset / roll-out environments, including days or overnight work.
- Ability to work effectively independently as well as a part of a team.
- Maintain a positive relationship with co-workers and store personnel.
- Maintain a clean work environment and follow all company safety policies.
- Work with a sense of urgency while paying attention to detail.
- Must be able to complete general paperwork.
- Practical knowledge and use of hand and power tools
- Millwork / Display / Fixture Assembly and Demo

Education & Experience
Highschool Diploma
Competencies Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to Able to travel weekly for projects nationwide.
- Must be physically able to stand for long periods, kneel, bend, reach and lift / carry up to 60lbs.
- Capable and willing to present a professional image of Hillman Group to our clients and retail personnel.
- Must have proof of valid vehicle insurance.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Merchandising experience preferred.
- Reset experience.
- Ability to follow project instructions on a plan-o-gram and have a service-oriented attitude.
- Reliable transportation
