Office Manager Duties
Oversee Daily and General Office Operations:
· Answering phones and emails
· Data entry
· Manage filing systems and office supplies
· Communicating with the public
· Keeping various business licenses and permits up to date
· Membership notifications
· Working with vendors
Skills Needed:
· Organizational and time-management skills
· Positive and Cooperative interactions with other staff members
· Computer skills, with an aptitude to learn new systems and procedures
· Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and Word
· Analytical abilities
· Understanding of accounting principles
· Cash Management
Knowledge of QuickBooks: recording and maintaining daily financial transactions, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, payroll taxes, quarterly reports, financial statements, statement billings
Maintaining and updating Shareholder, Golf, Dock & Social Membership information
This is a part-time position averaging about 22 hours per week, with a flexible schedule.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
