Hinckley Yachts is seeking a dynamic and experienced Yacht Brokerage Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the luxury yacht market, a proven track record in luxury marketing, and expertise in leveraging yachting MLS platforms such as Yacht World to maximize visibility and drive transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies for yacht brokerage listings, ensuring maximum exposure to the appropriate audiences.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize yacht listings, ensuring they are visually compelling, accurate, and strategically positioned on Yacht World and other relevant platforms.
• Manage all aspects of the Yacht World platform, including uploading and enhancing listings, optimizing search visibility, and analyzing performance metrics.
• Create high-quality marketing collateral, including listing brochures, email campaigns, social media posts, and website content, tailored to a discerning clientele.
• Assist in Coordinating professional photography, videography, and virtual tours to enhance the visual appeal of listings. Categorize and organize all visual assets.
• Work with the marketing team to Implement digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media, to drive traffic and inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
• Develop and maintain relationships with other brokerage houses and industry partners to amplify marketing reach.
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to the sales and leadership teams, with recommendations for improvement.
