Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective admissions and marketing strategies to meet facility census goals
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to generate referrals
- Conduct facility tours and assessments to determine patient suitability for admission
- Coordinate the admission process, including completing admission paperwork and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure smooth transitions and excellent patient care
