Job Description :
We are seeking experienced and qualified Class A Drivers with a Hazmat License to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. As a drayage transportation driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting containers from ports to warehouses and distribution centers.
Responsibilities :
- Safely operate a Class A vehicle, including navigating through heavy traffic and tight spaces
- Transport containers from ports to warehouses and distribution centers
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including hours of service and Hazmat requirements
- Maintain accurate records, including logs and delivery receipts
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with dispatchers and other stakeholders
