You will oversee health and wellness initiatives, provide clinical expertise, and foster a culture of care and compassion.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive wellness programs tailored to residents' needs and interests
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals, therapists, and activities staff
- Provide clinical expertise and oversight for residents with various health conditions, including chronic diseases and disabilities
- Conduct health assessments, monitoring, and education for residents
- Manage and coordinate care services, including medication management and assistance with activities of daily living
