THE JOB:
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be the operational backbone of the executive team, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of key priorities. Your role will include:
- Priority & Task Management: Track objectives, attend key meetings, and ensure follow-through on mission-critical initiatives.
- Calendar Optimization: Strategically align schedules with top priorities, managing meetings, travel, and daily workflows for peak efficiency.
- Meeting Coordination: Facilitate executive meetings by preparing materials, capturing action items, and driving accountability on deliverables.
- Travel & Logistics: Handle complex travel arrangements, create detailed itineraries, and provide pre-meeting briefings.
- Communication & Document Management: Draft high-quality reports, correspondence, and presentations to support executive decision-making.
- Stakeholder & Relationship Management: Act as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring seamless communication.
ABOUT YOU:
You’re a high-caliber, results-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced environments. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Experience & Education: 5 years supporting executives in a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment; Bachelor’s degree required.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.) and a strong ability to learn new productivity tools.
- Exceptional Judgment & Discretion: Handles confidential information with professionalism and exercises top-tier decision-making.
- Hyper-Organized & Adaptable: Balances multiple priorities, navigates shifting schedules, and thrives in dynamic settings.
- World-Class Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished executive presence.
- High Initiative & Problem-Solving: A self-starter who anticipates challenges and delivers solutions before they arise.
