THE JOB
- Partner with leadership across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, & Operations to provide analytical rigor and strategic thought partnership.
- Business Operations : Manage PEO, accounting, procurement, and other operational functions.
- Product Operations : Oversee relationships with patients, clinicians, surgeons, and scientists.
- Office Management : Ensure the smooth running of the office environment.
- Fundraising and Communications : Assist with fundraising efforts, branding initiatives, and both internal and external communications.
- Recruiting and HR : Support recruitment and HR processes to build a strong, dynamic team.
- Manage the CEO's workstreams, including vetting opportunities, responding to requests, and preparing for meetings and presentations.
- Lead strategic initiatives and "special ops" projects to streamline processes, enhance communication, and drive innovation across the organization.
