What’s it going to take to score an interview?
- You exude boss energy : We are looking for someone with 2 years of Director / Senior Director-level work experience.
- CPG / omnichannel retail is your jam : CPG brand or Omnichannel Retail experience from big box superstores (Walmart, Target, etc.) is highly preferred.
- You’re schooled : MBA is a big plus.
- You live in / around Atlanta or NYC : Hybrid role, you’ll commute to the office 3 days / week.
- You’ve led a sizable team (10 ) : You’ve managed managers who are overseeing analysts and / or managers who are overseeing ICs within a data organization.
- Proven experience driving sales Analytics at a CPG or CPG-adjacent Brand : Think Coke, Pepsi, or P&G, Unilever.
- Stakeholder management is one of your Superpowers : You’re highly adept at operating effectively and managing up in a complex organization.
