Are you a people-person with a passion for technology and sales? Join our clients team as an AT&T Brand & Sales Ambassador in Lombard, IL, and represent one of the most trusted names in wireless services while growing your career in retail sales! This role requires full time availability, retail shift availability, and weekends.

What You'll Do :

  • Promote AT&T Products & Services : Engage with customers in retail partner locations to explain features and benefits of AT&T's cutting-edge products, including wireless plans, devices, and accessories.
  • Achieve Sales Goals : Utilize your self-motivation and sales skills to consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Provide Outstanding Customer Service : Deliver a positive experience by answering questions, demonstrating product knowledge, and assisting customers in finding the best solutions for their needs.
  • Maintain Product Knowledge : Stay up-to-date on the latest AT&T offerings and promotions to confidently address customer inquiries and offer personalized recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Retail Partners : Build strong relationships with retail staff to optimize the in-store customer experience and drive brand presence.

  • Retail Experience (Preferred) : Previous experience in retail or sales is an asset but not required—we’ll train the right candidate!
