We are seeking an experienced Property Accountant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform full-cycle property accounting for a portfolio of industrial and commercial properties
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages
- Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, bank statements, and general ledgers
- Work closely with property managers, brokers, and the construction team to gather data and clarify financial activity
- Maintain fixed asset schedules and monitor capital project spend
- Prepare audit support and assist in year-end close processes
- Participate in ongoing process improvements and accounting team collaboration
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3-5 years of property accounting experience (industrial or commercial real estate preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
