Key Responsibilities:
- Safely maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical equipment and electronic systems, including PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives).
- Drive equipment repairs and implement process improvements.
- Work closely with operations teams to optimize system performance.
- Assist with documentation and provide training on procedures and equipment.
- Uphold and promote a safety-first culture and maintain high housekeeping standards.
Must Haves for the Role:
- Hands-on experience in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- The ability to work rotating shifts
Pluses for the Role:
- 4 years in electrical maintenance or automation systems
- An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related technical field
- Leadership experience
