About the Role
We are seeking a Civil Project Engineer to lead our civil engineering team in Glenwood Springs, CO. This position involves planning, analyzing, and designing civil engineering components for commercial, residential, and municipal projects, overseeing drafting personnel, and coordinating with other engineering professionals across our offices. Key responsibilities include ensuring high-quality deliverables, conducting field inspections, and managing all aspects of the civil engineering departments growth and client engagement. The role also involves project administration, mentorship of staff engineers, and active involvement in business development activities to expand our client base and foster strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- B.S. or M.S. in Civil or a related engineering field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Colorado.
Compensation and Benefits

Salary : $95,000 - $120,000
