These stores will feature high-end watches, jewelry, handbags, and other luxury goods, catering to our diverse clientele. With anticipated high sales traffic, this is a unique opportunity for dynamic individuals with expertise in luxury timepieces to deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving sales.
Position Overview
As a Luxury Watch Client Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving sales, and building strong relationships with customers. You will assist guests by offering personalized recommendations in luxury timepieces, with a focus on Swiss brands such as Rolex, Breitling, and others, while achieving or exceeding sales goals. This role also involves maintaining operational excellence on the sales floor. The position offers a competitive base pay, plus commissions, with the opportunity to earn additional income based on sales performance.
Benefits
- Competitive base hourly rate of $20.
- Commissions are paid out monthly, starting from dollar one of what is sold.
- Commission rate : 1% of sales from 0-100% of target, 1.5% from 100-125% of target, and 2% from 125% to target.
