This fully remote role focuses on driving new business in the Northeast, with a mix of self-driven prospecting and established referral networks. With uncapped commissions, substantial earning potential, and long-term career growth, this is an opportunity to take ownership of your success.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary : $100,000 - $125,000
  • OTE Potential : $180,000 (Year 1), $280,000 (Year 3), $380,000 (Year 5)
  • Commission : 40% on new business, 25% residuals on renewals
  • Top Performance : Last years highest producer exceeded $850,000, with two others surpassing $500,000
  • Incentives : Additional first-year performance-based incentives may apply
  • Benefits : Health insurance, retirement plan, performance incentives, and more

  • What You Need to Succeed

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in employee benefits, payroll, HCM, or a related field
  • Strong network of industry contacts and ability to develop referral relationships
  • Proven success selling to HR and finance decision-makers in mid-market companies
  • Hunter mentalityself-starter with the drive to generate and close new business
  • Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License preferred but not required if relevant experience is present
  • Ability to work independently while leveraging internal support teams
  • 50-75% travel, primarily within your state

  • Act as a trusted consultant, identifying client needs and delivering tailored employee benefits solutions
  • Drive new business through prospecting, networking, and referral relationships
  • Engage with HR and finance leaders to provide strategic benefits solutions that align with their company goals
  • Leverage a diverse portfolio of offerings, including insurance, retirement solutions, and technology platforms
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and ongoing client satisfaction
  • Manage your territory with autonomy, while benefiting from pre-sale, quoting, and post-sale implementation support
