Job Title : Maintenance Technician

Location : New Iberia, LA 70560

Shifts : Day Shift (6 : 00am 6 : 00pm) or Night Shift (6 : 00pm 6 : 00am) with 10% shift differential

Schedule : Week 1 - Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun; Week 2 - Wed, Thurs

Wage : $23.00 - $29.00 / hour

Job Summary :

Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial equipment in a solar panel manufacturing facility. This is a climate-controlled environment with significant opportunities for advancement.

Education and Experience :

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Industrial maintenance experience required
  • Troubleshooting skills in electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems
  • SPC experience preferred

Responsibilities :

  • Perform equipment maintenance and repair as scheduled
  • Follow safety protocols (OSHA, EPA)
  • Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings
  • Participate in Maintenance Technician training program
  • Travel required for training at other facilities (Alabama, Ohio) prior to plant start-up

    • Physical Requirements :

  • Lift up to 58 lbs occasionally, push / pull up to 27 lbs
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, climb stairs, and perform repetitive tasks
  • Must pass a background check, drug screen, and physical
