Location : Glen Falls, NY
Shifts Available : 11 : 00pm to 7 : 00am, M-F with some on-call
Compensation : Starting at $45 per hour $8,000 sign on bonus.
Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, sick time. 401(k) with a savings plan. Long-term disability, company-paid short-term disability, and life insurance options.
Required Experience :
- Valid NY state RN nursing license
- Advanced degree or certification preferred
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both
- Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
