Position Overview :
We are seeking a Quality Concerns Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Burleson, TX. This key role focuses on addressing customer product concerns, investigating root causes, and implementing corrective actions to maintain and enhance product quality. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a solution-oriented mindset, excelling in fast-paced, team-driven settings. This is a full-time, direct hire position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries regarding product concerns.
- Investigate and analyze quality issues to determine the origin (plant or distribution center).
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve issues and implement preventive actions.
- Conduct root cause analyses and recommend process improvements.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to ensure timely resolution of concerns.
- Communicate effectively with customers, production teams, and all organizational levels.
