Location : Naugatuck, CT
Shifts Available : Evenings - 3 : 00pm to 11 : 00pm - Monday through Friday
Compensation : Very competitive pay with signing bonuses. Shift differential for evening / night shifts.

Required Experience :
- Valid CT RN license.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both.
- Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, communication and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience (Not Required) :
As a Unit Manager, you will oversee and coordinate the nursing staff within a dedicated unit. Your role is instrumental in ensuring the delivery of quality care, fostering a positive work environment, ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents.
