Travel: Up to 40% (Domestic & International)
Compensation: $130,000 - $140,000 bonus

Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in supply chain management, logistics, purchasing, and MRP.
- At least 2 years of direct supervisory experience, including managing teams across multiple functions (purchasing, planning, quality control).
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, develop, and hold teams accountable to deliver results. Youll need strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and the ability to motivate your team, especially in the face of challenges.
- Technical Expertise:
- Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including advanced data analysis, forecasting, and reporting skills.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and other MS Office programs.
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to successfully lead large-scale, cross-functional supply chain projects, navigating both tactical and strategic aspects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- International Supply Chain Experience: Familiarity with managing suppliers and logistics across the U.S. and Mexico, as well as navigating challenges that arise with global operations.
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team and help address critical challenges while building a strong, scalable supply chain operation. This is a hands-on role based in Branford, CT, that will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our supply chain team. Reporting directly to the VP of Operations, you will be tasked with driving improvements across material operations and purchasing processes, ensuring we adapt to the rapidly evolving needs of our business. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage a Team: Supervise a team of direct reports. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a high-performance culture, holding people accountable, and helping individuals reach their full potential.
- Strategic Vendor Relations: Build strong, reliable relationships with suppliers, ensuring stability and reliability in our supply chain, and leading efforts to diversify sources as needed. Your ability to manage and adapt to changes in vendor relationships will be critical, especially with recent changes within the supply chain team at some of our key suppliers.
- Optimize Supply Chain Performance: Help drive efforts to improve purchase price variances (PPV) and ensure our supply chain is as cost-effective and efficient as possible. Youll need to dive deep into the numbers, analyze cost structures, and work cross-functionally to make meaningful changes.
- Drive Change and Team Growth: Build a robust and agile supply chain team that is positioned for long-term growth. Your leadership will not only be about managing day-to-day operations but also about developing a team that can adapt to future demands and opportunities.
- Global Oversight: Manage the domestic and international supply chain, including overseeing logistics, purchasing, and material management, and leading trips to suppliers.
