Location :Travel : Local travel only, no overnight travel required.
Salary : 100% commission overrides bonuses. Expected six-figure earnings with realistic ability to making a minimum of $150,000 in year 1.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience selling Medicare products.
- Proven experience in recruiting, training, and managing agents.
- Experience selling final expense and annuity products is a plus.
- Lead, recruit, and onboard new agents within your designated territory.
- Train agents on products and sales techniques to help them achieve high commission levels.
- Build and manage a network of agents to promote sales of Medicare, final expense, and annuity products.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to agents to ensure their success.
- Foster strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Build and develop a team in a market.
- Expect to recruit, hire, and onboard new agents within your first 60 days.
- The position offers the potential for 6-figure earnings in the first year, with the opportunity to increase significantly in future years.
- Full commission-based compensation structure with a variety of bonuses and incentives.
