Location : Olive Branch, MS
Compensation : $56,000 to $70,000

Education : High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree in a related field is a plus.
Required Experience :
- 1 to 3 years experience in a supervisory position.

Key Responsibilities :
Safety Oversight : Enforce safety policies and procedures in the warehouse environment. Maintain a strong commitment to safety by documenting and assessing incidents, including near misses, and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.Operational Management : Supervise daily workflows to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards. Monitor attendance and performance to ensure all targets are met consistently, achieving daily and weekly area objectives.Leadership & People Management : Lead, motivate, and manage a team of warehouse associates. Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and respectful work environment. Proactively address and resolve conflicts, demonstrating courage and professionalism in interactions with team members.Continuous Improvement : Identify operational challenges and collaborate with team members to implement sustainable solutions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.Communication & Interpersonal Skills : Maintain effective communication with team members, other departments, and leadership. Ensure that key information is clearly conveyed, fostering strong working relationships across all levels of the organization.Problem-Solving & Decision-Making : Proactively assess operational issues, analyze root causes, and implement solutions that improve warehouse operations and performance. Make informed decisions that align with organizational goals and improve overall warehouse productivity.
