Experienced Carpenter Manager Wanted

The Hiring Spot is seeking a skilled Lead Carpenter to join their team.

As a Lead Carpenter, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing home remodeling projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion. This includes interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements, coordinating with project managers and subcontractors, and performing carpentry tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversight and management of home remodeling projects
• Interpretation of blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Coordination with project managers and subcontractors
• Performance of carpentry tasks
• Inspection of work to ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Lead Carpenter or similar role
• Prior experience in home renovations, residential remodeling, or other related experience
• Proficiency with tools and equipment necessary for various remodeling projects
• Strong understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
