We are searching for an experienced Director of Development with exceptional leadership skills and a strong ability to build relationships across various sectors. The Director of Development will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners, overseeing fundraising campaigns, and working closely with internal teams to ensure the organization's financial goals are met. You will be tasked with leading development initiatives, managing a team, and creating strategies to expand fundraising efforts.

- Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Public Relations, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 5 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or development.
- Strong knowledge of fundraising strategies, donor cultivation, and stewardship practices.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team, including delegating tasks and overseeing projects.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in securing major gifts, grants, and sponsorships.
