Position: Culinary Director
Location: New York, NY
Salary: $130,000–$160,000

Qualifications
Non-Negotiables:

- Experience:
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and cuisines

- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities

Responsibilities
- Oversee all culinary operations across multiple restaurants
- Manage all food-related financials, ensuring profitability and adherence to budgets
- Oversee all training and development initiatives for culinary staff
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, rules, regulations, and guidelines
- Oversee safety protocols and equipment maintenance for all locations
- Foster strong communication and collaboration with the FOH (Front of House) team
- Collaborate with social media and promotional efforts to highlight culinary excellence
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
