Position: Culinary Director
Location: New York, NY
Salary: $130,000–$160,000

Qualifications

Non-Negotiables:

• Tenure: Minimum 3 years in a multi-unit, high-volume, food-focused restaurant group
• Experience:
• Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and cuisines
• Proven ability to create exciting and memorable dishes
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire, motivate, and develop a diverse team
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with guests, staff, and vendors
• A creative thinker with a passion for food and a dedication to delivering exceptional culinary experiences

Responsibilities

• Oversee all culinary operations across multiple restaurants
• Manage all food-related financials, ensuring profitability and adherence to budgets
• Oversee all training and development initiatives for culinary staff
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, rules, regulations, and guidelines
• Oversee safety protocols and equipment maintenance for all locations
• Foster strong communication and collaboration with the FOH (Front of House) team
• Collaborate with social media and promotional efforts to highlight culinary excellence

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
