The Hive Java Lounge in El Paso, TX is looking for one experienced barista to join strong team. We are located on 8100 North Loop A-101. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high quality coffee and espresso drinks
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly, positive attitude
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment
- Follow all recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistency
- Keep the workspace clean, organized and stocked at all times
- Handle cash and process payments accurately
- Work efficiently in a team and assist with opening/closing duties
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience (at least 6 months)
- Strong customer service skills and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Passion for coffee and attention to detail
