This role involves running accounts and client campaigns : Account leadership : Oversee 4-6 accounts, and dive in deep when needed, to ensure the deliverables are streamlined and exceed client expectations.Manage direct report (s) and act as a coach to team members, providing feedback to help staff grow and advance in their careers at Hoffman.Client relations : Develop strong relationships with clients through strategic council, providing recommendations, and setting expectations for program execution and results.Media relations : Drive strategy for media pitching, maintain a network of media contacts, drive signature story pitches, and host media briefings with senior spokespersons.New business : Contributed to RFPs and pitch decks and participate in new business presentations.Content creation : Review key content pieces (such as press releases Q&A documents, bylines), and drive development of key messages and PR plans for clients.Reporting : Oversee and review all reporting efforts, track results against annual goals, and drive client satisfaction.The Tangibles Matter

Bachelor’s degree in business, PR / Advertising, Communications, Journalism or Liberal ArtsAt least 8 years of public relations experience (agency experience is preferred)Experience leading multiple high-tech B2B accountsSuperior writing and verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal and time management skillsAdept with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft OfficeWe’ve established a hybrid workplace in our Boston, Portland, and San Jose offices with maximum flexibility.
