Customer Service Representative Position

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Customer Service Specialist to join our team in the service industry, located in the Greater Boston area.

The ideal candidate is friendly, welcoming, and able to multitask efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the brand by responding to customer inquiries and requests via phone and email.
  • Conduct product/service installations and provide training to clients as needed.
  • FOLLOW INTERNAL PROCEDURES FOR CLIENT AUTHENTICATION AND VERIFICATION.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal and external clients, ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues.
  • Update policies and procedures related to existing products and services to maintain high standards.
  • Collaborate on special projects as required, contributing to the growth and development of our team.

Required Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in customer service or sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse situations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
  • The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
