Our Boston area client is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO. This fast-paced, dynamic role demands strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills to handle a variety of tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate has 5-10 years experience, and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Compensation: starting at $115k/yr

Applicants must be able to work onsite 5 days per week 12pm-7pm in Boston, MA to be eligible for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative duties, including typing reports and memos, maintaining computer databases, and handling advanced administrative tasks for the Executive team.
- Schedule and coordinate executive travel arrangements, meetings, appointments, and events.
- Assist in the coordination and completion of special projects.
- Compose and edit correspondence, reports, forms, and other documents.
- Organize, maintain, and prioritize calendars, appointments, and emails for the Executive team.
- Develop and maintain computerized spreadsheets and databases to manage information and generate reports.
- Exercise discretion when handling confidential matters.
- Assist with problem-solving, recommending solutions, and organizing work to meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience.
- Strong knowledge of office management, administrative practices, and business principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and use independent judgment and leadership techniques.
- Must be tactful, professional, and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
