A consulting firm in Watertown, MA, is seeking a Finance Coordinator to support its finance and administrative functions. This contract role offers the potential to transition into a permanent position based on performance and business needs. The position follows a hybrid schedule, with in-office work required Tuesday through Thursday and remote work on Mondays and Fridays. Parking is available, and the location is accessible by public transit.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage project documentation and coordinate finance-related tasks.
  • Upload files into SharePoint and NetSuite to ensure proper record-keeping.
  • Maintain and update the Finance Trello tracker with new projects.
  • Assist the Finance Manager and Senior Associates with invoicing and invoice approval follow-ups.
  • Upload new project codes and approvers into Concur on a weekly basis.
  • Help triage Concur Verify approvals in coordination with the Finance Manager.
  • Support timesheet audit and compliance efforts.
  • Assist with pipeline responsibilities alongside the Finance Manager.


Requirements:

  • Experience in finance, accounting, or administrative support preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with financial systems such as NetSuite, SharePoint, Trello, and Concur is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (Tuesday-Thursday in office, Monday/Friday remote).

Salary : $25 - $28
