This contract role offers the potential to transition into a permanent position based on performance and business needs. The position follows a hybrid schedule, with in-office work required Tuesday through Thursday and remote work on Mondays and Fridays. Responsibilities:
- Manage project documentation and coordinate finance-related tasks.
- Upload files into SharePoint and NetSuite to ensure proper record-keeping.
- Maintain and update the Finance Trello tracker with new projects.
- Assist the Finance Manager and Senior Associates with invoicing and invoice approval follow-ups.
- Upload new project codes and approvers into Concur on a weekly basis.
- Help triage Concur Verify approvals in coordination with the Finance Manager.
- Support timesheet audit and compliance efforts.
- Assist with pipeline responsibilities alongside the Finance Manager.
Requirements:
- Experience in finance, accounting, or administrative support preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with financial systems such as NetSuite, SharePoint, Trello, and Concur is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (Tuesday-Thursday in office, Monday/Friday remote).
