Marketing Coordinator
Our Greater Boston Real Estate client is seeking a dynamic and professional Marketing Coordinator for a contract to hire opportunity in Lexington, MA. This individual will produce cutting edge marketing materials, templates, processes, and procedures for marketing materials. The ideal candidate is driven, ambitious, excited by new challenges, and thrives in fast-paced, high-energy work environments. Must be proficient in MS Office, Adobe Suite; InDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator/Canva - portfolio is required.

*Please note this is a fully onsite opportunity M-F, and applicants must be located in the Boston area to fulfill onsite requirements.
Compensation: $23-28/hr
*Please note, these salary numbers are not guaranteed, and consider experience level, qualifications, and internal equity – potential offer may be outside of this range
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain websites, newsletters, emails, social media campaigns
- Contribute to marketing and creative brainstorm initiatives
- Identify and propose internal/external ideas and initiatives to help promote general awareness of company brand
- Handle general administration duties such as: meeting coordination, scheduling, ordering office supplies/snacks and any day-to-day administrative tasks/projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and 2 years Marketing experience
- Excellent writing, editing, proofing and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Self-starter able to work independently and with a team
- Exceptional organizational skills
