Real Estate Paralegal
Our Boston-based Real Estate client is looking to hire a Real Estate Paralegal on a direct hire basis. This individual will be responsible for supporting the General Counsel and Associate General Counsel with real estate closings, legal entity formation and various legal and compliance matters. The ideal candidate for this role will need to have 3-5 years of paralegal experience within a real estate, property management or mortgage environment. Candidates must be reliable, confident, motivated, and self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills and can work well under pressure.
Compensation: 95K-110K

Responsibilities:
- Assists the General Counsel and Associate General Counsel with various legal matters which include real estate closing transactions, legal research, document preparation, corporate governance and entity maintenance, and any day-to-day administrative tasks
- Support real estate and financial transactions pre-to-post closing. Assist with drafting necessary documents, amendments, certificates, corporate resolutions and governance documents
- Handle legal document filings/recordings
- Assume additional responsibilities delegated by General Counsel
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-5 years of paralegal experience within a real estate, property management or mortgage environment
- Experience effectively communicating with individuals at all levels
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding work ethic and reliability
- Advanced MS Office Suite experience
