- Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement creative strategies to attract healthcare professionals, including technologists, nurses, surgical staff, and administrative support.
- Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, recruitment platforms, and employee referrals.
- Attend industry career fairs and recruitment events to build talent pipelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
