Our client is looking for a Senior Auditor to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting audit and review engagements, delivering outstanding support to clients.

The ideal candidate will be able to leverage prior experience and training to effectively communicate with clients and team members while providing insightful business consulting and compliance services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple client projects, including planning, executing, directing, and finalizing engagements across various industries, ensuring they stay on budget with appropriate support from management.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Prepare or review financial statements, schedules, notes, and management letters.
- Take the lead in performing research and providing support on projects with minimal supervision.
- Assist in creating budgets for engagements and commit to meeting these budgets and timelines.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact for related matters, and providing excellent customer service.
- Identify and address any potential challenges or issues, conducting the necessary research or consulting for resolution.
- Provide valuable consulting services and offer recommendations for business improvements and process enhancements to clients.
- Contribute to the development and execution of training initiatives within the department.
- Monitor and manage the scheduling and workload of staff members.
- Foster an environment of continuous learning by offering constructive feedback on engagement performance.
Qualifications:
- 3 years experience out of a public accounting firm strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; Master’s degree in Accounting (MSA) or MBA is a plus.
- CPA or in-progress CPA certification with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in an accounting firm.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications, with the ability to quickly learn new software tools.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop junior team members.
- Solid analytical skills to assess problems, gather data, draw conclusions, and make well-informed decisions.
- Excellent at reviewing and providing feedback on the work of others.
- Flexibility to adjust your schedule during peak periods of workload.
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
