Position Summary:
The Holly Campground is seeking Front Desk and Guest Services Specialists who strives to create a memorable welcome, a smooth stay, and a warm farewell for every guest. You will assist with check-in and check-out, respond to inquiries, support on-site events, and curate meaningful interactions to ensure guests’ satisfaction and delight. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy fostering unforgettable experiences, we’d love to meet you. This offering is for Thursday-Monday with a starting time between 2pm-4pm with an end time between 8pm-10pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reservation Management: Process payments, and facilitate re-bookings with accuracy.
- Customer Service Excellence: Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
- Warmly greet and welcome guests, supporting check-in, check-out, and accommodation assignments.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and guest-facing areas.
- Oversee store & sales inventory
- Food Service: Scoop Ice Cream and Prepare Food (pizza, lemonade, and wings)

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar hospitality role.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with cloud-based applications.
- Proficient in Google Suite and computer skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented with a track record of success.
- Resides within driving distance of The Holly Campground in Holly, MI
